This update brings significant enhancements to format automation, document traceability, task management for administrators, and workflow agility.
1. PowerPoint Presentation Automation
We are expanding the document generation capabilities on the platform to cover new formats. We have enabled the automation of presentations in PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
2. Real Progress Visibility in Documents
We have improved the monitoring of your document lifecycle for much more precise control.
Now, by hovering your pointer over the step name, you can view the completion date of each document step, and not just the date it was created. This gives you real visibility into the progress of your management
3. Global Task Visibility (Exclusive for Administrators)
We have optimized the task panel for users with an administrator profile, facilitating auditing and team management. We have improved global visibility. From now on, administrators will be able to see all Tasks on the platform.
This applies generally, regardless of whether the administrator is part of the process or who initiated it.
4. Agility in Creating Steps for Workflows
We simplify the execution of predefined workflows to save time and avoid unnecessary clicks.
When a document is subject to a Workflow, the next steps will appear under the "Add step" button highlighted in light gray. When the user adds the next step, the step will be created automatically without having to make additional clicks.
