Platform in Portuguese
Bigle is expanding to include Portuguese as a navigation language for the CLM. It will soon be available for the signing process and emails sent from the platform as well. Users can select their preferred language at any time from the administration panel.
2. WEBLINKS
User Group Configuration When Creating a Document
When creating a document via a weblink, that document will be associated not only with the user but also with the group to which the user belongs. This allows group members to access the new document.
3. WORKFLOWS
Automation After the Document Is Signed
Once the document is signed, if a workflow has been configured with a step following the signing process, that step will be automatically added to the workflow. For example, if a certified email step is configured to occur after signing, it will be automatically added and sent once the document is signed.
4. SIGNATURE
Improved signature positioning
When positioning the electronic signature, a preview now appears showing the location of the signer’s first and last names and the signature date that will appear on the signed document.
