Platform Updates - June 2026
This article compiles the updates, new features, and improvements implemented on the platform during June 2026.
Version 30.5.3 - June
This update introduces deep optimizations in the signing module, greater flexibility in managing requests and validations, as well as improvements in the general user experience and data analysis.
1. Electronic Signature Improvements (Bigle Sign)
We have optimized the signing module to offer you more flexibility and more detailed control over your documents:
Custom Downloads: It is now possible to choose exactly which version of the signed document you want to download from the platform. The available options are: download only the signed document, only the audit document (audit trail), or the signed document with the integrated audit.

Extension of in-progress deadlines: The ability to extend the expiration days of an already active signing process has been incorporated.

Certification on every page: As an additional security and traceability measure, the numbering legend and signature certification are now added to the right margin of all pages of the signed document.

2. Request Management
We optimized the way teams interact with internal tickets and requests:
Total Control for Administrators: Users with an administrator profile can now delete any request from the platform. This applies generally, regardless of who the request is assigned to or who created it, greatly facilitating operational cleanup.
Form editing on returned requests: When a request is returned due to lack of information, the creator user will be able to edit the form directly to complete it. It is no longer necessary to transfer data by copying and pasting through the internal chat.
3. Validation Workflows
Delegated validation forwarding: We have created a new role that allows administrators to forward validations to other team users. This functionality is ideal for documents where changes have been requested and the creator user cannot execute them due to vacations or absences.
4. Reports
Advanced filters with "OR" option: We have expanded the search capabilities in reports by adding the "OR" conditional function to the filters. Previously, the system only allowed filtering with the exclusive "AND" condition.

5. Files and Attachments
Drag & Drop: We have optimized the user experience to facilitate file uploads. Now you can add attachments simply by dragging them to the Files section, both within the document environment and in the request forms.
