Bigle Legal's artificial intelligence service offers a wide range of possibilities to enhance your work efficiency. This assistant is designed to help you summarize, answer queries, analyze content, generate clauses and translate parts of a document quickly and accurately.
To utilize this tool, simply open the document you wish to work on and select the "Bigle AI" option located in the right-hand side panel.
From here, you can send questions or instructions (“prompts”) about the document's content. Click "Comment" or press "Enter" to submit your query. We give you some ideas on how to formulate your prompts in the use cases section found below.
Once you have sent your question, the assistant will process the information and provide you with an answer.
It's important to note that, while the assistant is designed to be accurate, it may make occasional errors. Therefore, it’s always recommended to review the responses provided.
Assistant Options
The Bigle Legal document assistant offers you various ways to interact and enhance your service experience:
- Feedback on responses: Offer your opinion about the assistant's answers using the hand icons located below each response. A thumbs up means the response was helpful, while a thumbs down indicates the opposite.
- Copying response content: If you need to use the assistant's answer elsewhere, you can easily copy it using the rectangle-shaped button next to the feedback buttons.
- Download conversation history: If you wish to keep a record of your interaction with the assistant, you can download the entire conversation using the “Download” button located at the bottom.
- Renew chat space: To start a new dialogue and clear the current one, select the “Clear chat” option.

It's essential to understand that the assistant is specifically tailored to interact with the open document only. As such, queries or prompts regarding external documents or unrelated content are outside the assistant's operational scope.
