Types of entities detectable by Bigle AI

Learn about the key data or entities that the discriminative artificial intelligence can extract from your contracts and legal documents

Bigle Libra's discriminative AI can extract key information from legal documents by identifying two types of data or entities: metadata and conditions. This data is essential to optimise the daily work of lawyers, facilitating the management and auditing of contracts and other legal documents.

What two types of entities or data can Bigle's discriminative AI extract?

  • Metadata: actual data found in contracts and documents, e.g. dates, parties, duration, price, applicable law, competent courts, etc. In all Entities, the response format is the data itself, which will integrate the metadata of the document and appear later in the reports.
  • Conditions: unlike the previous ones, the conditions correspond to the actual contractual conditions (e.g. whether there is a penalty clause, change of control, assignment of contractual position, right of first refusal, etc.) in the text of the contract or document. Although the models generate predictions in the form of text in the same way as metadata, in this case, the predictions only serve to audit whether or not what the AI has determined is correct, and the data to be stored is whether or not such a condition exists in the text.
